Pete Tomlinson, Windsor Telecom’s CEO scoops Business Leader of the Year at the Thames Valley Business Awards 2022.
Windsor Telecom is thrilled to announce that Pete Tomlinson, our CEO, has been awarded Business Leader of the Year at the recent Thames Valley Business and Community Awards 2022.
Since Pete joined Windsor Telecom in 2019, the company has gone from strength to strength, completing three acquisitions and expanding its product portfolio. He’s united us under a clear mission – to make technology easy and enjoyable – and that’s what we do, providing straightforward solutions that our customers love and that make it easier for their customers and colleagues to connect, communicate and collaborate in new and better ways.
Pete was selected by the judges due to the respect and culture he has built across his team, “Pete is obviously very much respected by the people he works with, with his team saying that they don’t work for him, they work with him. A truly inspirational leader who’s taking us all on a journey – his plans for Windsor Telecom are impressive and our future is bright.”
Pete was delighted to win the award saying, “It’s important to me that I build a company where everyone loves what they do – from delivering an excellent service to our customers to helping and supporting each other in our day-to-day work. Winning awards such as these mean the world to me, as when people take the time to nominate you and provide feedback, you know it really comes from the heart.”
The Thames Valley Business Awards took place on 30th November 2022 at The Hilton, Reading. As a winner of the regional awards, Pete will now be automatically entered into the national awards – Great British Business and Community Awards in April 2023.
