Working together to achieve so much more
We’re a friendly, committed and passionate team at Windsor Telecom, with an inclusive culture that grabs you right from day one and inspires you to give your best. Our people-first approach is as valid internally towards our colleagues as it is externally to our customers and communities; and it’s with this that our whole culture thrives.
As we’re a tech business of course we have the obligatory pool table, breakfast club and office dog. But just as importantly we offer fair pay, a generous holiday allowance and a contributory pension. That might be why people join, but people stay because they value working in a supportive environment with an awesome bunch of customers and colleagues.
We all work collaboratively; inspiring, coaching and mentoring each other to bring our best selves to work every day. From providing flexible learning opportunities to pursue professional and technical qualifications, to regular assessments and one-to-one feedback, we allow everyone to create a personal development path to shape their role and fulfill their potential.
“In my 18 months at Windsor I’ve been given so many opportunities to grow my confidence as a sales person. From coaching and mentoring from my team and managers, to continuous opportunities for training. I now look forward to every customer phone call and meeting, knowing I can talk confidently to them and help make their lives easier. The icing on the cake was passing my Level 3 IT Technical Sales Person qualification recently and the cheers I got from my team mates when they heard the news.”

Last year I finished AAT Professional Diploma in Accounting, thanks to Windsor Telecom. They gave me so much support all through my studies – loads of encouragement as well as time off to both revise and sit my exams. I now get daily opportunities to put my knowledge into practice, which means I can properly embed my skills. I feel so lucky to work for a company that invests in my personal development as much as I do.”

We value all our stakeholders and are active supporters of our local community.
We regularly donate our time and products to make our community a better place. Be it carrying out mock interviews in local schools, mentoring young adults, renovating nature trails, refurbishing libraries and many more activities.
In return, the volunteering helps our colleagues develop leadership skills, boosts morale and make a difference to the society they’re living in.
We’re proud to be making a positive different to our community.
