The role

We’re now looking for an energetic and bright Business Development Representative to join our team. The role combines creativity and research to locate and reach decision makers from mid-market organisations. The right candidate will be confident using a range of outreach techniques that could include phone, email, LinkedIn and video to discover business challenges that Windsor could solve.

The right candidate will:

  • Ideally have previous experience as a BDR or in a sales-focused role
  • Be proactive and creative in the way you reach out to new customers
  • Be confident in talking to businesses through phone calls, social, email and other channels#
  • Have an interest in technology and be keen to learn
  • Work both independently and as part of the wider sales and marketing team to create messaging that resonates with our target audiences
  • Be tenacious, persistent and resilient
  • Be self-motivated to succeed with high energy and positivity
  • Be hungry to push your ambition


  • Generating interest for our solutions
  • Qualifying potential leads that convert to sales opportunities
  • Understanding our target customers and how we can best satisfy their needs
  • Building a pipeline of leads to nurture over time and convert into sales opportunities
  • Continually improving our outbound lead generation approach
  • Maintain contact data and keep our CRM up to date (HubSpot)
  • Attending local networking events
