Allanbay Park Estate selects Windsor Telecom to provide dedicated connectivity for new serviced offices at Mare Lane Business Park

Allanbay Park Estate, managers of Mare Lane Business Park, has chosen Windsor Telecom as its managed communications provider for its new serviced offices in Binfield.

Windsor Telecom will provide robust connectivity into the site along with managed Wi-Fi and cloud telephony services to business tenants. The managed solution will provide both Allanbay and its tenants peace of mind that they always have fast and secure communications.

Allanbay Park Estate manages a large amount of land, and properties, both for residential and business use. In 2018, they invested in a new business park development, Mare Lane Business Park, on a green field site in Binfield. The site was to build and develop a modern workspace to provide serviced offices for up to seven businesses.

With construction taking longer than planned due to the Covid pandemic, as soon as the main build was finally completed in late 2022 it was ‘all systems go’ to get the internal fit out and utilities up and running so that the units could be rented out. The new internet and communications solution from Windsor Telecom will provide them with the maximum flexibility for every tenant, so that individual businesses can have the exact solution tailored to their needs.
