Peace of mind for your broadband
Business broadband services, like Fibre, G.Fast and ADSL, provide fast and reliable internet at a cost-effective price, with no compromise on quality. With fast upload and download speeds over our network, and unlimited data, it’s a great choice for a small or growing business. But what happens if there’s a fault and you’re prioritised along with the rest of OpenReach’s consumers? Your fix times could be delayed, causing major disruption to your business operations.
With our Enhanced Care plan for business broadband, get all your broadband issues addressed and prioritised anytime, day or night, and your fix times halved. Our dedicated team of engineers will ensure you’re updated on the process every step of the way.

Our FTTC Fibre Office Broadband and ADSL services provide fast and reliable business broadband solutions for companies wanting to connect to the internet at a cost-effective price, with no compromise on quality.
The main difference is the priority of your fault. With Enhanced Care, you’ll be prioritised above all OpenReach consumer faults and any business without Enhanced Care. At only £10 per month it helps to protect you for faults and improve your resolution times.
No, but we’ll aim to fix your fault in 20 clock hours and continue to give you 24/7 fault progression updates. The clock will stop when engineers are booked to visit your premises and whilst faults are waiting for updates from you. If you need a guaranteed fix time, you may need to move to a leased line with fixed SLAs.
We want to give our customers the choice of opting for varying levels of care and service. We recommend it to all customers but also understand that cost is critical to a lot of businesses.
No. Enhanced care will certainly improve your broadband fix rate, but it will not give you the same level of SLA you get with leased lines.
