Senior Marketing Executive

We’re now looking for an energetic and bright person senior marketing exec to join our team. Ideally you’ll be passionate about technology-focused B2B marketing with limitless energy and a passion to drive results.

As our Senior Marketing Executive you’ll be helping to deliver our demand creation strategy. Your days will involve planning and delivering campaigns to a wide range of businesses via a mix of channels and media including email, content, inbound, digital and events. Whatever your background one thing’s certain – you’ll have confidence, limitless energy and a passion to drive results.

You’ll be a motivated self-starter, happy to work between home and our Camberley office (near Blackwater train station) as part of our team, focused on maximising the benefit of every activity to build sales pipeline. Every day will be busy and challenging but always varied, fun and rewarding.


The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a passion for results, excited to create campaigns that generate leads and build pipeline
  • Love writing, storytelling and good design – understanding that the right combination of words and pictures really do grab attention
  • Be confident in both online and offline marketing tactics, knowing that together they’re stronger
  • Naturally combine creative thinking with analytical discipline
  • Form easy and collaborative relationships with sales, helping them to be more successful
  • Be interested in how technology and communications make people’s lives easier and more enjoyable
  • Be passionate about the customer, and how we can solve their challenges
  • Be a people person, forming easy relationships with colleagues, customers and partners


Desired skills and experience:

  • Love and experience in everything sales and marketing – B2B focused
  • Great communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Proven track record in direct marketing, campaign management and digital marketing
  • Demand creation skills – inbound and outbound tactics; online and offline
  • Email marketing and data segmentation
  • Exposure to partner marketing a benefit
  • Organised and able to multi-task
  • Comfortable delivering under pressure and working at pace
