We’re looking to employ a passionate Client Executive to work with our Client Directors, helping them keep our most strategic customers happy. If you’ve got experience in technology-focused B2B sales, have limitless energy and a passion to drive results, then we’d love to talk to you.

You’ll be based at our Blackwater offices (near Camberley). You’ll help the client directors manage, diversify and grow a pool of mid-market customers, working hard to understand their needs and maximise their opportunity with us. Super organised, your days will involve talking to customers, managing quotes and tenders, ensuring a seamless handover of the customer into the operational team and ensuring that Windsor provides tangible benefit to every customer. Every day will be busy and challenging but always varied, fun and rewarding.

Every day you will need to:

  • Enhance the Windsor experience for every customer
  • Further customer relationships through phone calls and online meetings and other activity
  • Create and negotiate sales deals to maximise customer benefit
  • Help the client directors manage their pipeline of opportunities and drive hard to close deals
  • Use your knowledge of our product portfolio to enable meaningful conversations
  • Love and adopt our systems and processes

Desired skills and experience:

  • Experience in a sales or service role for a B2B tech company, preferably connectivity or comms
  • An interest in the customers and their business
  • Great active listening and communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Organised and unflappable
  • Commercial awareness around pricing deals
  • Comfortable delivering under pressure and working at pace
  • Experience using a CRM solution
  • A team player to the end
