Q: How long do I need to keep the solution?

A: We can either extend the offer by another 3 months for the same price or move you onto a rolling monthly contract, whichever you prefer.

A: We’ll give you a number first and then you just need to call your current telephony provider and ask them to divert your number to it. It should only take them a matter of minutes.

A: You can just pay for any extra minutes you need as you go. Or, if you know you’ll need more minutes right from the outset, please have a chat with us and we’ll put together a plan to suit you.

A: As part of our special offer you get user diverts, call whispers, music and marketing messages included for 10 users. However, you will also get access to our online call management portal and your account manager will be able to talk you through any other features that you feel may be of benefit to your business over the coming months.

Q. What if I need a more long-term phone solution?

A: Call diversions can stay in place for as long as required. However, if you’d like to talk to us about moving to a Hosted Voice solution which offers maximum flexibility for both inbound and outbound calls then please just fill out the form and we’ll be able to help.
