So Darren, tell us what excites you about the Windsor Telecom’s Channel partners? 

Having been on the front end of Telecoms sales for almost 11 years, Windsor Telecom offers a unique opportunity for me to share my skills and knowledge with our partners and help them expand their businesses with the wide variety of products we have to offer.

 

From your experience, which Windsor Telecom products do you feel have untapped potential?

Inbound is a key product for Windsor Telecom. There are so many valuable Inbound Call Handling services that sit behind business numbers that people maybe aren’t aware of.

Call queuing, for example, for incoming calls is usually reserved for larger organisations with integrated telephone systems, but we can offer a call queue facility with bespoke messaging which is easy to use and set up. Missed call alerts sends an alert email, if the caller gets an engaged tone, the call is missed or if there is a fault on your current telephone system.

These are just a couple of examples where Partners may be losing out on valuable business revenue. My aim is to share this with our Partners and help them identify where they can be increase revenue.

 

What do you feel is Windsor Telecom’s key offering for reseller partners?

Windsor Telecom’s white label portal is a fantastic user-friendly interface displaying all products and services. Windsor offer this solution to partners, giving them the freedom to manage to their own portfolio and enhance their offering to their customers. We liaise with our partners and offer training and up sell techniques on its features.

 

Why do you feel resellers should choose Windsor Telecom?

It’s an accumulation of many things. We have a huge variety of products available for resell, as well as personalised training available, to assist in reselling the products. Dedicated account managers are solely focused on resellers and are trained on how to best aid resellers’ businesses. We have 20 years of experience within the industry and have vast knowledge on product development and an appreciation of the fast-changing Telecoms industry.

 

So, what should we expect to see from Windsor Telecom in the next few months?
