Firstly, a big thank you to all our customers who filled out our recent Windsor Telecom customer satisfaction survey. Your votes are in (so to speak), they’ve been counted and it seems 2016 was a great year for Windsor. We loved hearing what you had to say and we’ve picked out some of the highlights to share with you below.
A massive 98% of customers were satisfied with the customer service they received from us this year. We take our service very seriously and strive to provide first class treatment to all of our customers so this recognition is fantastic.
On top of the 98% satisfaction rate, we were also thrilled to learn that 94% of our customers feel we understand their unique business needs. Understanding individual businesses is critical so that we can provide the right products and solutions for them; this is what sets us apart from our competitors. The fact that our knowledge in this area has been clearly recognised is a triumph for our Customer Account Management team.
Finally, we were extremely pleased to hear that 8 out of 10 customers do not feel there is anything we could do differently in 2017 to service their account more effectively*. This tells us we are already in a strong position entering 2017 and gives our teams even more confidence to keep on doing what they do best.
We won’t be taking it easy in the wake of these results. Yes, they are positive but there is always room for improvement. Those customers who were not completely satisfied with any elements of our service this year will be contacted so we can work together and hopefully resolve any perceived issues.
