What is a SIM Only Plan?

A SIM Only Plan is a pay monthly contract that comes without a handset or device. They are sold as a 12-month term contract. Perfect if you already have a phone and don't need to get another one.

Can I use my existing handset?

Yes, ensure the handset is unlocked to all mobile networks or locked to the Three network. If your handset is locked, we can recommend to unlock it for you.

What size SIM card will I need?

There are 3 different sizes of SIM cards, a Nano SIM which is the smallest one, a Micro SIM and a Standard SIM, the original largest size. Each phone is different, so check which SIM card your phone uses before inserting your new SIM card.

Are minutes and texts really “unlimited”?

Unlimited, when referring to minutes and texts in your SIM Only Plan monthly allocations, is attached to a fair usage policy attached to the contract. When excessive usage occurs, the network will impose a soft limit to reduce your usage. It is important if you are a heavy user of minutes and texts.
