I’m responsible for our corporate business and running our office in Farnham. We have a fantastic range of products and services, which gives our team confidence when talking to customers of any size. I’m a people person and love seeing the team develop and have been involved in sales for 25 years. I regularly travel to France with my wife and 3 children to sample the culture and culinary delights. When time allows I like a leisurely 18 holes at my local club in Surrey.
My professional background lies in product creation and brand management, and online marketing. I’m responsible for shaping and driving Windsor Telecom’s marketing and product strategy.

Originally from a hospitality background running food and beverage operations together with years of time working in sales, I bring with me to Windsor Telecom a proven record of excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. I have always been about ensuring the customer comes first and ensuring that the journey they undertake is one that meets the red carpet standards that we at Windsor pride ourselves on.
When not at work I can be found standing over the BBQ prepping a steak or on the cricket field captaining my local club whilst enjoying the English summer. In the colder months I am generally found kicking a rugby ball at the rugby club but more than likely I can be found spending time with my young family which includes our beautiful border collie and my son… who are my pride and joy.

I joined Windsor Telecom as a Customer Account Manager, having come from a strong background in hospitality and event management. I gained most of my experience working in hotels in New Zealand and unique venues in London. It is exciting to transfer these skills to a new industry.
I am extremely passionate about my work and my customers’ experience, which is exactly what drew me to Windsor Telecom.
In my spare time I enjoy eating out (a lot!), and working off the calories by training for the London marathon. I love watching my favourite musicians and DJs on tour. I am also ‘Auntie Kat Kat’ to twelve rug rats so enjoy taking part in my auntie duties when time allows.
I joined Windsor Telecom to take responsibility for the strategic direction and management of the marketing department. With extensive experience in content marketing, brand strategy and data capture, my focus is on delivering maximum value to our customers through the creation of valuable content and timely lifecycle communications.

I joined the Accounts Department in November 2007. Since then, my role has progressed to Reports and Billing Coordinator. My job is varied, with tasks ranging from ensuring our billing process runs smoothly to ensuring company compliance and finally analysing our data to make sure that we are as efficient and competitive as we possibly can be.
Away from work, I have a large family (and a large dog) which take up most of my spare time. My main passion however is travel. I am always looking forward to my next holiday!

I joined Windsor Telecom in September 2006, concentrating purely on credit control. I have learned a lot since then. Company growth soon led to an increased team in 2007. We are a highly effective but friendly credit control duo. We run a very professional service and love the daily contact with our customers. Weekends are precious to me, and I like nothing better than spending time with my husband, eating out and going to see the latest releases at the cinema.

As a Customer Account Manager, my job is to build relationships with my customers, ensuring that their number fulfils their business needs and effectively grows their business. I am particularly passionate about the benefits a freephone number can bring to a business, especially as they are now free to call from mobiles.
My background is in retail, in an environment where customer service is key. I thoroughly enjoy talking with customers and delivering the ‘red carpet treatment’ that Windsor is so proud of.
In my spare time, you will usually find me walking my dog Ruby (who I am slightly obsessed with) or playing football for Yateley Ladies’ FC. I also love a meal out with my friends!
I am pleased to bring over 15 years’ experience in development to the team here at Windsor. I am passionate about programming (in four languages) and high end technologies. What I love about my role here is being able to make a difference both in the team with our bespoke CRM system and helping our customers improve efficiencies within their own businesses. I love the personal service that the whole team gets together to deliver for our customers and the flexibility we offer.
Outside of work, I love to get my nose in a textbook, as well as fiction and listening to music too loud. I have a passion for languages (I am on number six as well as my own mother tongue). I welcome all the laughing at my pronunciation (as long as you tell me the right way after!). Oh.. and beer and chinese food. But who doesn’t like that?
My main objective is to make sure that we’re growing the business and strengthening the brand to meet market conditions and supporting our leadership team to ensure this message is embedded right across the organisation.
My background of over 15 years spent working in the City with leading investment houses, has provided me with a unique and first-hand insight into the need to remain one step ahead of our competitors, and we constantly try to rise to that challenge.
In my limited leisure time, my real passion is diving, preferably in the warm waters of Egypt or the Caribbean.

I’m the company’s in house designer. I try to make Windsor’s presence on the internet look as good as it can, as well our user interfaces being easy for our customers to understand. I’ve worked for various agencies and publications in the past, but it’s really good to be involved on the ‘client’ side.
Aside from work I spend time with my family and new son who currently associates the importance of objects he wants by how many fingers he can point at them. Aside from that I can be found in front of a screen being shot and shouted at by many different nationalities in online videogames otherwise I’m on, in, or near the sea in Poole.
I joined Windsor Telecom in 2012, bringing with me a strong administration background having spent time working both in the public and private sector.
Initially my role was working within Customer Services, supporting direct customers and resellers, ensuring Windsor Telecom provides the best possible service by improving efficiency and streamlining processes wherever possible.
A new opportunity arose for me to work with our Channel Partners full-time, supporting them as they grow and helping them make the most of Windsor’s offering.
When I’m not at work I like spending time with my friends and family, and keeping myself fit by running…
although don’t expect to see me in any marathons!
I head up the finance function at Windsor Telecom, before which I worked in manufacturing and distribution for large corporations. My past experience has been invaluable in helping to shape the company’s financial control processes whilst dealing with a sustained period of growth. I am proud of my dedicated team, who are more than willing to help with customer queries and keep things running smoothly. I am very active away from my desk too, trying to stay fit through cycling, hiking and running.
As the Sales Manager, my role to ensure that my team are providing our customers with a solution to their business needs. Our products are by far the best on the market and it is vital that we get that message across to our customers.
My team is naturally driven as, like everyone at Windsor, we believe and trust in our products and the ability to deliver exactly want our customers require. I run an organised team with a great spirit and encourage them to go the extra mile for themselves, their team members and most importantly our customers.
In my spare time I enjoy most sports, especially football. Spending time with my 2 young daughters is my favourite way to unwind.

I am Head of the IT function at Windsor Telecom. My background includes managing the IT departments in varied sectors, from a large American corporation to an IT consultancy based in Ireland.
Since joining Windsor Telecom, I have been amazed by the dedication and talent of the IT department. The IT department develop and support market leading technology which we know makes life easier for our customers, and gives them real market advantage. Windsor Telecom will be delivering even more innovation and more flexibility for clients in the future, ensuring we exceed expectations at all times. Delivering excellence is what my team do here every day.
Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my young family, but I also play squash, run, cycle and open water swim.
Customer Service Supervisor
Having my roots in credit control, I spent many years in education whilst raising my children. My job here involves making sure customer accounts run smoothly and I love spending time on the phone building relationships.
Outside of work my large family (and two dogs) keep me busy, as well as running regularly – I’m always on the look out for my next challenge!

Whilst raising my two children, I have spent a number of years working as a data supervisor for a market research company, which involved having a great eye for detail. I am excited to have now joined Windsor Telecom as a Customer Service Advisor and return to a role which I have a real passion for. I bring 10 years of customer service experience and a genuine enthusiasm to make a positive difference to my customers. In my spare time I enjoy playing netball for a local club as well as relaxing with my family (not forgetting the dog!).
I am passionate about our business here at Windsor, as well as exceptional service, both to our internal and external customers. We are lucky to have a high performing, high energy team here which makes my job a joy.

I joined Windsor Telecom as a Customer Service Advisor and am enrolled in a Business Administration apprenticeship for a year. This is supported by the company and is an exciting new adventure for me. My role involves supporting the sales team making sure everything is running smoothly and most importantly that the customer has the best experience possible. I enjoy working with customers and love that this company strives for excellent customer service.
In my spare time I love socializing with my friends and enjoy walking my boyfriend’s dog Rolo. I also have an arty flare and love painting a picture or two.

Channel Sales Manager (North)
I have over 10 years’ Channel Management experience in the Telecoms sector. I have worked with channel partners at all levels of the spectrum and varying degrees of spend, from start-ups to over £5 million per annum. I have forged some strong relationships over the years and consider many partners as friends.
I joined Windsor as their work life balance philosophy is really appealing. When I visit the office, there is always a great buzz and everyone works to achieve the company’s goals. The office always has fresh fruit (great for me as I am losing weight) and an endless supply of tea and coffee.
Outside of work I have an 18 year old daughter who I enjoy spending time with. We have a very masculine schitzu that I walk in a pink hoodie when it’s cold!! I also love eating out with Italian and Mexican being my favourite foods.
As a developer at Windsor Telecom, I support the development and maintenance of the systems used by both the company and its clients. I started out my development career in advanced analytics and market insights, providing innovative solutions to clients’ needs. I have brought that client focus and passion for innovation with me to Windsor Telecom and aim to ensure that we deliver innovative tools that exceed client expectations every time.
Outside of work I enjoy mountain boarding and seize every opportunity I get to go out and do it. I am also into music and enjoy attending concerts, checking out new artists and going to festivals. I love to stay up to date with new and emerging technologies and the implications that these are likely to have. I also like to socialise with friends and have been known to enjoy a beer or two!

I was born in the UK, but spent most of my working life in Johannesburg. For twenty of those years, my career and passion revolved around the ICT Sector.
I am a skilled sales executive who specializes in identifying new target markets while building & maintaining close relationships with my customers. My approach to business is one of honesty & integrity, always forging win-win relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
I am extremely proud to be working for Windsor Telecom as Channel Manager for Southern England and I enjoy enhancing the Windsor Telecom brand by providing unsurpassed customer service and aligning myself to the Windsor Telecom core value of providing Red Carpet Treatment to each and every one of my customers.

With a focus on software development, my team and I look to research and develop new products & ideas to add to Windsor’s extensive offering. I’m quite the perfectionist and will often be the last one in the office. I’ve been told I’m not your average developer, frequenting the gym most nights and turning my nose up at tea or coffee.
Outside of work, I have an addiction to the gym and like to think of myself as a bit of a foodie, and love trying out new restaurants. I have a strong interest in open source development and like to keep up to date with technology.

I have been in Account Management for over 10 years now, but originally started in customer services many years ago which I loved. I have extensive experience of the IT Industry and IT training.
I thoroughly enjoy giving my customers a great service, exceeding expectations and building trusted relationships with them. I also love problem solving! I love Windsor Telecom’s ethos and the positive effect they have on their customers.
In my spare time I do beauty treatments for friends and family, as I’m a qualified beauty therapist which is another of my passions.
I have always had a passion for numbers and problem solving, but was never quite sure if I could make a career from it. I decided to take the plunge and dedicate myself to a new career change. I started studying for my AAT qualification at home around a full time job, which involved a lot of late night studying, but I loved it more than I expected!
I can honestly say that joining Windsor Telecom has been the best career move I have made in my working life. Everyone in the office has been very welcoming to me joining, and the accounts department have really built my confidence in my new found abilities. I have a strong background in customer service which I have also always enjoyed, so learning about and getting to know our customers on the phone makes my job even more rewarding!
Outside of work, I love to dedicate my time with my husband as he tends to go away quite a bit with his job. We often have friends and family over in the evenings or weekends for drinks, dinner and a good old catch up!
I have been developing since 2004 and bring this experience to the development team at Windsor Telecom. I have previously worked for an international charity where I developed award winning in-house data platforms. At Windsor Telecom I enjoy working with the latest technologies and are using these in our in house projects for our customers to benefit from.
Outside of work, I run a charity and I can often be found running events and helping to make a difference to people with Cystic Fibrosis. I love the outdoors and spend the rest of my free time playing golf, hiking and travelling to new places as much as I can.

I joined Windsor Telecom as a career change, having run my own business in the construction industry. I was drawn to the dynamic atmosphere at Windsor and also the company ethos of Red Carpet Treatment.
Seeing a customer genuinely benefit from one of our packages is a real driver for me and I really enjoy putting together a package that is completely tailored to their needs and adds value to their company.
In my spare time, I box as captain of the Surrey ABA team, work feeding the homeless in Brighton and spending time with my daughter and partner’s three children. Anything that involves learning also ticks my box.
