I’m responsible for our corporate business and running our office. We have a fantastic range of products and services, which gives our team confidence when talking to customers of any size. I’m a people person and love seeing the team develop and have been involved in sales for 25 years. I regularly travel to France with my wife and 3 children to sample the culture and culinary delights. When time allows I like a leisurely 18 holes at my local club in Surrey.
My professional background lies in product creation and brand management, and online marketing. I’m responsible for shaping and driving Windsor Telecom’s marketing and product strategy.

Away from the office I can be found spending quality time with my young family, being fiercely competitive on the tennis court, and furthering my keen interest in foreign travel.

I joined Windsor Telecom in 2018 excited by the challenge of working with a strong growing business with an outstanding team.
I am a qualified Chartered Accountant with experience as CFO within medium sized growing businesses across a range of sectors leading and developing the people around me.
It is my long-held belief that delivering excellence in terms of Service and Product offerings sits at the heart of growing a strong business and long-term success and this is what Windsor Telecom is all about.
Away from work I enjoy keeping myself fit and always have a challenge in my sights. In 2017 I cycled the length of France and completed the Y3P in my best time yet whilst in 2018 I completed a long-held dream to cycle from Lands End to John O’Groats. Wycombe Wanderers is also my passion whether enjoying a promotion season or battling to avoid the drop.

I joined Windsor Telecom as a Customer Account Manager, having come from a strong background in hospitality and event management. I gained most of my experience working in hotels in New Zealand and unique venues in London. It is exciting to transfer these skills to a new industry.
I am extremely passionate about my work and my customers’ experience, which is exactly what drew me to Windsor Telecom.
In my spare time I enjoy eating out (a lot!), and working off the calories by training for the London marathon. I love watching my favourite musicians and DJs on tour. I am also ‘Auntie Kat Kat’ to twelve rug rats so enjoy taking part in my auntie duties when time allows.
I am passionate about our business here at Windsor, as well as exceptional service, both to our internal and external customers. We are lucky to have a high performing, high energy team here which makes my job a joy.
My job contributes to the success of the company by providing the management necessary to ensure the company has the correct operational controls to perform effectively and grow. I am responsible for attracting and retaining the right people and for leading on projects that drive the company forwards.

Outside of the office I like to spend lots of quality time with family and friends, watching/playing football amongst other sports, as well as listening to a selection of vinyl out of my much cherished collection.
Reports and Billing Coordinator
I joined the Accounts Department in November 2007. Since then, my role has progressed to Reports and Billing Coordinator. My job is varied, with tasks ranging from ensuring our billing process runs smoothly to ensuring company compliance and finally analysing our data to make sure that we are as efficient and competitive as we possibly can be.
Away from work, I have a large family (and a large dog) which take up most of my spare time. My main passion however is travel. I am always looking forward to my next holiday!
My background covers a broad range of technologies across both software and hardware, having worked in research and development for a year as part of my Electronic Engineering degree, which has enabled me to deliver innovative and exciting solutions.
My aim is to use my innovation and creativity at Windsor Telecom through this exciting period of technical development to advance the company’s technical portfolio and client experience.
Outside of work, I enjoy participating in and watching all forms of motorsport, especially Formula 1 and go-karting. I also have a passion for travelling and enjoy visiting new counties on road trips.

I love understanding the business needs of each of the companies I deal with and get a buzz out of helping them to implement the right solution for them to enhance efficiency and business performance.

Customer Service Supervisor
After leaving education, I spent 5 years working in the hair and beauty industry which is where I got my passion for Customer Service. I really enjoyed giving my customers a red carpet experience and there is nothing better than knowing that you have delighted a client.
Windsor supported me moving into this new and exciting industry by enrolling me into a Business Administration apprenticeship for a year. After successfully completing the course, I have progressed through the company and am now the Senior Customer Service Advisor. Being the senior, I lead my team to work towards providing excellent service for our customers. I am really proud of the way we work together as a department – we also have a lot of fun along the way!
When I am away from the office, I enjoy all things food related, whether I am eating out or experimenting in my kitchen at home. I also love to wind down by spending quality time with my friends and family.

I joined Windsor Telecom as a Customer Service Advisor and bring with me over 10 years of customer service experience. I love speaking and dealing with people which plays to my strengths in supporting the in-house team as well as ensuring our customers receive that red carpet treatment that Windsor Telecom is so proud of. I bring with me a positive and sunny attitude to the department and truly believe in going above and beyond for all my customers.
Away from the office, I am training to be an animal behaviourist (which helps with the cheeky sales team!). This allows me to have the perfect work-life balance as I still get to be involved in something on the side I am equally passionate about. I help out at animal charities and will often be involved in local fundraising and fostering animals in need which keeps me busy!

As a Customer Account Manager, my job is to build relationships with my customers, ensuring that their number fulfils their business needs and effectively grows their business. I am particularly passionate about the benefits a freephone number can bring to a business, especially as they are now free to call from mobiles.
My background is in retail, in an environment where customer service is key. I thoroughly enjoy talking with customers and delivering the ‘red carpet treatment’ that Windsor is so proud of.
In my spare time, you will usually find me walking my dog Ruby (who I am slightly obsessed with) or playing football for Yateley Ladies’ FC. I also love a meal out with my friends!
Head of Product Development
With a focus on software development, my team and I look to research and develop new products & ideas to add to Windsor’s extensive offering. I’m quite the perfectionist and will often be the last one in the office. I’ve been told I’m not your average developer, frequenting the gym most nights and turning my nose up at tea or coffee.
Outside of work, I have an addiction to the gym and like to think of myself as a bit of a foodie, and love trying out new restaurants. I have a strong interest in open source development and like to keep up to date with technology.
My main objective is to make sure that we’re growing the business and strengthening the brand to meet market conditions and supporting our leadership team to ensure this message is embedded right across the organisation.
My background of over 15 years spent working in the City with leading investment houses, has provided me with a unique and first-hand insight into the need to remain one step ahead of our competitors, and we constantly try to rise to that challenge.
In my limited leisure time, my real passion is diving, preferably in the warm waters of Egypt or the Caribbean.
Digital Marketing Lead
I joined the Windsor Team back in 2005, my diverse skill set has ranged from design and user experience to a wealth of experience in creating, managing and executing a variety of our multi-channel marketing campaigns.
I try to make Windsor’s presence look as good as it can, as well our user interfaces being easy for our customers to understand. I’ve worked for various agencies and publications in the past, but it’s really good to be involved on the ‘client’ side.
Aside from work I spend time with my family on, in, or near the sea in Poole.
I have been developing since 2004 and bring this experience to the development team at Windsor Telecom. I have previously worked for an international charity where I developed award winning in-house data platforms. At Windsor Telecom I enjoy working with the latest technologies and are using these in our in house projects for our customers to benefit from.
Outside of work, I run a charity and I can often be found running events and helping to make a difference to people with Cystic Fibrosis. I love the outdoors and spend the rest of my free time playing golf, hiking and travelling to new places as much as I can.
I’ve joined Windsor after 11 years of Reseller experience selling direct to end users. Managing Windsor Telecom’s channel partners allows me to use all of my telecoms knowledge and sales experience to help them grow their own business using Windsor’s impressive portfolio of products, whilst maintaining the “Red Carpet” treatment that Windsor are so rightly proud of.
My passion of telecoms and how it can improve business performance means I can offer our channel partners a high level of support and knowledge whilst always striving to make Windsor Telecom the first name on everyone’s lips when it comes to inbound numbers.
Outside of work I love spending time with my young family (the best way to unwind after a busy week), watching football and relaxing with a good film!

My role to ensure that my team are providing our customers with a solution to their business needs. Our products are by far the best on the market and it is vital that we get that message across to our customers.
My team is naturally driven as, like everyone at Windsor, we believe and trust in our products and the ability to deliver exactly want our customers require. I run an organised team with a great spirit and encourage them to go the extra mile for themselves, their team members and most importantly our customers.
In my spare time I enjoy most sports, especially football. Spending time with my 2 young daughters is my favourite way to unwind.
Customer Account Manager
After working at a hardware store for just under 3 years, I realised that I wanted to pursue a career in sales, which is when Windsor Telecom gave me an opportunity. I had gained various skills and have lots of customer experience that really helps me as a Customer Account Manager. I have a drive to make sure that any customers’ needs and demands are exceeded within a deadline that has been set. Windsor Telecom has a great friendly environment, and also are very business focused with the companies’ benefits at heart. It’s great to work for such a positive and great company.
During my spare time I love to watch my favourite football club, Chelsea, play either live or on TV and try not to miss a single game. I have also been playing the piano/keyboard for a couple years now – my family are very musical.
I have always had a passion for numbers and problem solving, but was never quite sure if I could make a career from it. I decided to take the plunge and dedicate myself to a new career change. I started studying for my AAT qualification at home around a full time job, which involved a lot of late night studying, but I loved it more than I expected!
I can honestly say that joining Windsor Telecom has been the best career move I have made in my working life. Everyone in the office has been very welcoming to me joining, and the accounts department have really built my confidence in my new found abilities. I have a strong background in customer service which I have also always enjoyed, so learning about and getting to know our customers on the phone makes my job even more rewarding!
Outside of work, I love to dedicate my time with my husband as he tends to go away quite a bit with his job. We often have friends and family over in the evenings or weekends for drinks, dinner and a good old catch up!
As a developer at Windsor Telecom, I support the development and maintenance of the systems used by both the company and its clients. I started out my development career in advanced analytics and market insights, providing innovative solutions to clients’ needs. I have brought that client focus and passion for innovation with me to Windsor Telecom and aim to ensure that we deliver innovative tools that exceed client expectations every time.
Outside of work I enjoy mountain boarding and seize every opportunity I get to go out and do it. I am also into music and enjoy attending concerts, checking out new artists and going to festivals. I love to stay up to date with new and emerging technologies and the implications that these are likely to have. I also like to socialise with friends and have been known to enjoy a beer or two!

Whilst raising my two children, I have spent a number of years working as a data supervisor for a market research company, which involved having a great eye for detail. I am excited to have now joined Windsor Telecom as a Customer Service Advisor and return to a role which I have a real passion for. I bring 10 years of customer service experience and a genuine enthusiasm to make a positive difference to my customers. In my spare time I enjoy playing netball for a local club as well as relaxing with my family (not forgetting the dog!).

In my spare time, I enjoy exploring the UK with my husband and 2 children. I love good food and wine and taking the opportunity to try out new cuisines.
Non Executive Director
My career in telecoms spans 25+ plus years in companies including Racal, Global Crossing and Intertek. In 2004 I joined Gamma as Business Development Director and have run Product, marketing and Sales over a 13 year period where we transformed the business into one of the most successful technology businesses in the UK. We floated the business on AIM in 2014, and I joined the main board as Chief Operating Officer responsible for most of the functions in a £200m+ business. I left in 2017 to take life a little easier – in theory ! I have worked with the Windsor team for the last 6 months and love the passion, dedication and culture in the business. I provide the board with additional industry insight and hopefully a few pointers based on past experience.
Obsessions include golf (very obsessed), tennis (slightly obsessed) and skiing (only obsessed in January to March). A long suffering Leeds United fan who passionately believes this “is our year” and is proved wrong every single season.
Originally from Hungary, I bring with me puppy dog eyes and the ability to make anybody melt! Voted the cutest member of the team at Windsor Telecom, I ensure that morale is of the very highest level by putting a smile on everyone’s face. My key duties include running off with tissues, playing ball and sleeping.

At Windsor Telecom, I support the day-to-day running of the sales ledger whilst taking a personal and individual approach with each of our clients ,we work with, in the Credit Control department.
My background has been in hospitality management, however I have always loved numbers, so moving into accounting was a natural progression for me. I have always been passionate about offering excellent customer service and my role here gives me the perfect opportunity to combine the two. I adore the dynamic in the office – we have a professional environment and always strive to better both ourselves and our processes.
Outside of work, sport is definitely the thing that soothes my soul. From exercising at the gym and yoga to playing squash, I love it all. I love running and I regularly take part in marathons. I also love a good meal out.

I’m responsible for the marketing and communications strategies and brand. I’m a creative, goal-oriented professional who loves to plan and build structure in order to achieve results. Customer Account Manager
In the last 10 months I had been working as a part time customer assistant in front of house for a health and social club, as well as completing education. With the experience I’ve had and the skills I’ve gained coming into a new role is very exciting. I am very passionate and will always do everything I can to make sure a customer’s needs are fulfilled to the best of my abilities.
I am an avid football fan with Arsenal being my top team. I’ve also represented Eversley and California Football Club, winning the Surrey and Hampshire county cups in the same season, as well as going unbeaten in the Oxford league for 2 years running. I also like going to live music events around the country with my friends.

After gaining lots of experience working as a café manager at a local activity centre, I was excited to transfer my many customer skills to Windsor. I put others before myself and always give 110% to everything I do; I feel that these skills help me give Windsor’s customers, the best service possible. I’m excited to get to know my customers so I can provide them with the correct help to better their experience with us.
Outside of work, you’ll probably find me in various shopping centres buying clothes that I really don’t need, at live music events with my friends or having a day out in London. Eating out is something I really enjoy, Nando’s will always be my restaurant of choice! I also love spending time with my family as they are really important to me.

I gained a lot of customer service experience as an event coordinator and am now expanding my knowledge into the Telecoms industry. I love how Windsor Telecom strive for excellent customer service and it was this passion that made me want to join the Customer Service team.
