Zone Plan

Callers are automatically and instantly directed to their nearest branch or office based on the STD code of where they are calling from. Zone Plan also allows you to map Counties, TV Regions (or even Postcodes) to unlimited target numbers.

Callers who withhold their number are still routed to their nearest office and mobile/International callers are directed to a default location.

Types of Zone Plan

Country Geographic Plan (England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Worldwide)

Calls are routed depending on the originating telephone area e.g. calls from England may be routed to one destination whilst calls originated in Scotland terminate at another. There is also a default routing plan for all calls that cannot be recognised e.g. for a mobile.

Geographic Zone Plan (South West, South East, Midlands etc)

Calls are routed depending on the originating telephone area e.g. calls from the North may be routed to one destination whilst calls originated in the Midlands terminate at another. There is also a default routing plan for all calls that cannot be recognised e.g. for a mobile.

County Zone Plan (Cheshire, Merseyside, Inner London, Mobile etc)

Calls are routed depending on the originating telephone area e.g. calls from Dorset may be routed to one destination whilst calls originated in Hampshire terminate at another. There is also a default routing plan for all calls that cannot be recognised e.g. for a mobile.

Media/TV Zone Plan (Independent TV Region, Radio Station etc)

Calls are routed depending on the originating media region e.g. calls from Yorkshire TV Region may be routed to one destination whilst calls originated in Granada terminate at another. There is also a default routing plan for all calls that cannot be recognised e.g. for a mobile.

Postcode Zone Plan (UK Postcode Look-up)

Caller is played a welcome message and then prompted to enter their postcode. The call is then routed to the caller?s nearest branch or office.

Target numbers and call plan settings can be modified via the web using My Windsor.
