Again Windsor Telecom exceeded our expectations and were able to provide an extremely memorable number ending '999' for this project.

We have also now changed the telephone numbers on our van livery for the very last time (much to the disappointment of our sign writing contractor!). Whilst we have moved only 2 miles geographically, we now have a different area code, which, without the new 0845 number, would certainly discourage many of our Sheffield Yellow Pages customers.
When we purchased the numbers we did not foresee an added benefit, namely Target Master. During recent problems with our ISDN lines lasting several days, we have been able to divert the 0845 number easily to an analogue line, and even to a mobile number for our out of hours service. What's more, we have been able to alter the destination mobile out of hours without visiting the office.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Windsor Telecom 0845 numbers to small businesses, and would suggest they be adopted from the outset as success brings expansion, often requiring change of telephone number. At present we have two old BT numbers with announcements, detailing our current numbers, and are amazed by the number of customers using old telephone directories."
