Fax settings are great - whole package excellent and the client management very good too. You are an exemplary company.

From my initial call to Windsor Telecom they were helpful, knowledgeable and listened to what I actually needed before discussing solutions. One of the key points for us is the fact they have Account Managers meaning that you can actually talk to someone and receive a personal service – so many of the other providers will only communicate with you by email. 10 out of 10 for customer service!

We use 0345 numbers for our main telephone and fax numbers. They are more beneficial for our tenants as they are included as part of their mobile and landline packages. We use them over normal landlines as they can be transferred to other numbers easily in the event of emergency.
Our account manager Jen is brilliant. A dedicated contact is much better than having to speak to different people and repeat any queries again and again.

As the owner of several small, busy companies I have been using non-geographic numbers for over 10 years.
