How Does Call Record Work?
Telephone has always been one of the popular ways to carry out
business . With so much customer contact via the phone these days,
missing the details from an important conversation could prove disastrous.
Indeed many organisations now have a legal/regulatory requirement
to record calls.
Until recently, the only option for businesses wishing to record
calls was to purchase and install costly digital recording equipment
located on site. Windsor Telecom’s Call Record solutions empower
you with the freedom to record telephone conversations at the touch
of a button or automatically as required. Since this is done using
our network, you will not need to purchase expensive hardware or
maintain it.
Once a call has finished the recording is automatically converted
into an audio file (e.g. MP3) and emailed directly to an email inbox
of your choice. For those businesses with larger volumes of calls
and recording requirements our Audio Server solution is the perfect
addition to Call Record.
