I'm a people person and love seeing the team develop and have been involved in sales for 25 years. I regularly travel to France with my wife and 3 children to sample the culture and culinary delights. When time allows I like a leisurely 18 holes at my local club in Surrey.

Our impressive growth rate from 1999 to today is testament to the skills and experience of our dedicated team and our constant focus on innovation and improvement helps us stay ahead of the competition.

Away from the office I can be found spending quality time with my young family, being fiercely competitive on the tennis court, and furthering my keen interest in foreign travel.

My main objective is to make sure that we're growing the business and strengthening the brand to meet market conditions and supporting our leadership team to ensure this message is embedded right across the organisation.

My background of over 15 years spent working in the City with leading investment houses, has provided me with a unique and first-hand insight into the need to remain one step ahead of our competitors, and we constantly try to rise to that challenge.

In my limited leisure time, my real passion is diving, preferably in the warm waters of Egypt or the Caribbean.

It's quite impressive to see how far Windsor Telecom has come since I joined in 2000. My current remit focuses on simplifying and automating the way we do things across the business to make us more efficient, freeing-up time to develop new ideas and ultimately provide a better service to our customers. This also includes looking at the systems our clients use to make them user friendly, simple and market leading. To make that happen, I don't dabble with the real tecchy stuff, but liaise closely with those that do - our expert IT team!

Away from the office I'll be burning calories on the mountain bike and at the gym, or burning rubber on the track in my precious Lotus.

James Bailey

I head up Windsor's team of web developers and designers, and am responsible for driving our IT strategy to respond to market change and customer demand. My aim is to ensure that, as a company, we can anticipate and respond to changes in technology and identify opportunities for Windsor Telecom to offer new products and services that we know our customers will love. Our internal systems also need to be up to the mark to allow us to respond pro-actively to market changes, and we have already come a long way in this respect over the last 11 years developing a billing and reservation systems and more recently a bespoke CRM system that will allow us to implement new routes to market and extend our marketing reach even further. We are all excited by the new challenges that lie ahead.

In the little free time I have I like to spend it socialising with friends, cycling and going to the gym.

I have been part of Windsor's Customer Service Team for the past 3 years. I am passionate about service excellence, and work hard to make sure our service is consistent and our customers are happy. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and is what keeps Windsor Telecom one of the leaders in its field.

Originally from South Africa, England is my new home. My family and I love the peaceful life and the people here in my home town of Bournemouth. I am an avid cricket and rugby supporter and listening to my music is how I like to relax.

I was offered the opportunity over two years ago to come and help develop and drive Windsor's people strategy. It's a hands-on role allowing insight into organisational development which really helps in developing the right type of support for our people.

We are all part of one big team here at Windsor, and it's an exciting time for us as we continue to grow. Continuous improvement is actively encouraged, by ensuring everyone has the support they need to stay and develop with us and have some fun along the way!

Away from work, I'm a keen amateur runner taking part in half marathons when I can and I also indulge a lifelong passion for music by singing with a local blues band.

I head up the finance function at Windsor Telecom, before which I worked in manufacturing and distribution for large corporations. My past experience has been invaluable in helping to shape the company's financial control processes whilst dealing with a sustained period of growth. I am proud of my dedicated team, who are more than willing to help with customer queries and keep things running smoothly. I am very active away from my desk too, trying to stay fit through cycling, hiking and running.

I have been in telecoms since leaving school, working within a customer facing environment from small local businesses right through to the largest global organisations in the world. I am pleased to be able apply my experience and expertise within Windsor Telecom, in particular my Head of Partnerships role. Backed by an innovative and forward thinking company, I help our re-sellers become as successful in this market as Windsor Telecom is itself. As well as being passionate about my football, I am very fond of huge quantities of Cadburys shared over a good weepy with my daughter.

Effective sales strategy is all about ensuring that our products, our services and our account managers represent the very highest levels of customer service. Having a well trained team at Windsor means that we will carefully tailor advice to every customer's needs and will only recommend services that will genuinely help their business.

As such, my role is to lead, motivate and train our account management team and I am consistently delighted at the excellent feedback and testimonials we receive from happy customers.

Out of the office you may spot me paddling past a riverbank in a canoe or disappearing into the isolated wilds of the Scottish Highlands.

Away from my desk I can be found outdoors indulging my passions for horse riding, listening to live music and socialising with family and friends. Before I joined Windsor I spent my years travelling and working overseas, these days I try to fit in as much foreign travel as my busy schedule allows.

When off the phones and out of the office, you'll find me attached to a Wii remote, rustling up some tasty grub or doing round-offs, back tucks and handsprings on a tumble track!

A few of my favourite pastimes include trying to make the tiny new addition to my family laugh as much as possible and carrying out 'improvements' to our house using inappropriate power tools.

I joined Windsor Telecom's IT team as a web developer in early 2008, moving over from my original career as a Chef! I have a keen interest in computers and technology in general and really enjoy developing my skills working alongside my more experienced colleagues.

I am a passionate football fan. I also have an interest in art, my favourite artists include Nina Ribeiro and Bob Ross. As well as watching sports I regularly participate in them too and have helped coach the under 16's football team in Corfe Castle.

I'm the company's in house designer. I try to make Windsor's presence on the internet look as good as it can, as well as it being easy for our customers to understand. I've worked for various agencies and publications in the past, but it's really good to be involved on the 'client' side.

Aside from work I'm quite often found in front of a screen being shot and shouted at by many different nationalities and cultures in online videogames. When I'm not doing that, I'm usually on, in, or near the sea in Poole

We are a highly effective but friendly credit control duo. We run a very professional service and love the daily contact with our customers. Weekends are precious to me, and I like nothing better than spending time with my husband, eating out and going to see the latest releases at the cinema.

My main passion however is travel. I am always looking forward to my next holiday!

I was recently offered the opportunity to work for Windsor Telecom, after working as a marketer within the media industry since graduating in 2005. I was really impressed with Windsor's focus on marketing orientation, which I've found really refreshing as a lot of companies still don't put the customer at the heart of everything they do. Offering customers innovative and bespoke products is one of Windsor's core values, again, something I am passionate about as a marketing professional. I look after all our marketing and PR, demonstrating to clients (old and new) how they can grow their businesses through our in-bound call solutions.

Out of the office you can find me out on my bike, making the most of the Dorset countryside after ten years of living in London.
