I'm responsible for our corporate business and running our 2 offices in Poole and Farnham. We have a fantastic range of products and services, which gives our team confidence when talking to customers of any size. I'm a people person and love seeing the team develop and have been involved in sales for 25 years. I regularly travel to France with my wife and 3 children to sample the culture and culinary delights. When time allows I like a leisurely 18 holes at my local club in Surrey.

Chief Executive

My professional background lies in product creation and brand management, and online marketing. I'm responsible for shaping and driving Windsor Telecom's marketing and product strategy.

We are committed to providing the best possible service for our customers by listening, to both them but also to our people. Everyone gets involved in development of our products and services. Our impressive growth rate from 1999 to today is testament to the skills and experience of our dedicated team and our constant focus on innovation and improvement helps us stay ahead of the competition.

Away from the office I can be found spending quality time with my young family, being fiercely competitive on the tennis court, and furthering my keen interest in foreign travel.

David Bennett
Commercial Director

My main objective is to make sure that we're growing the business and strengthening the brand to meet market conditions and supporting our leadership team to ensure this message is embedded right across the organisation.

My background of over 15 years spent working in the City with leading investment houses, has provided me with a unique and first-hand insight into the need to remain one step ahead of our competitors, and we constantly try to rise to that challenge.

In my limited leisure time, my real passion is diving, preferably in the warm waters of Egypt or the Caribbean. I am a season ticket holder at a well-known London club and enjoy taking my son there on match days.

Julia Porter
Head of Systems & Projects

It's quite impressive to see how far Windsor Telecom has come since I joined in 2000. My current remit focuses on simplifying and automating the way we do things across the business to make us more efficient, freeing-up time to develop new ideas and ultimately provide a better service to our customers. This also includes looking at the systems our clients use to make them user friendly, simple and market leading. To make that happen, I don't dabble with the real tecchy stuff, but liaise closely with those that do - our expert IT team!

Away from the office I'll be burning calories on the mountain bike and at the gym, or burning rubber on the track in my precious Lotus.

James Bailey
Head of I.T.

I head up Windsor's team of web developers and designers, and am responsible for driving our IT strategy to respond to market change and customer demand. My aim is to ensure that, as a company, we can anticipate and respond to changes in technology and identify opportunities for Windsor Telecom to offer new products and services that we know our customers will love. Our internal systems also need to be up to the mark to allow us to respond pro-actively to market changes, and we have already come a long way in this respect over the last 11 years developing a billing and reservation systems and more recently a bespoke CRM system that will allow us to implement new routes to market and extend our marketing reach even further. We are all excited by the new challenges that lie ahead.

In the little free time I have I like to spend it socialising with friends, cycling and going to the gym.

Sonja Fanner
Head of Customer Services

I have been part of Windsor's Customer Service Team for the past 3 years. I am passionate about service excellence, and work hard to make sure our service is consistent and our customers are happy. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and is what keeps Windsor Telecom one of the leaders in its field.

Originally from South Africa, England is my new home. My family and I love the peaceful life and the people here in my home town of Bournemouth. I am an avid cricket and rugby supporter and listening to my music is how I like to relax.

Anne Dolan
People Developer

I was offered the opportunity over two years ago to come and help develop and drive Windsor's people strategy. It's a hands-on role allowing insight into organisational development which really helps in developing the right type of support for our people.

We are all part of one big team here at Windsor, and it's an exciting time for us as we continue to grow. Continuous improvement is actively encouraged, by ensuring everyone has the support they need to stay and develop with us and have some fun along the way!

Away from work, I'm a keen amateur runner taking part in half marathons when I can and I also indulge a lifelong passion for music by singing with a local blues band.

Steve Murphy
Financial Controller

I head up the finance function at Windsor Telecom, before which I worked in manufacturing and distribution for large corporations. My past experience has been invaluable in helping to shape the company's financial control processes whilst dealing with a sustained period of growth. I am proud of my dedicated team, who are more than willing to help with customer queries and keep things running smoothly. I am very active away from my desk too, trying to stay fit through cycling, hiking and running. Oh - and I support the other well-known north London football team!

Adam Binding
Marketing Manager

Only recently having joined the Windsor team, I'm looking forward to helping the organisation expand and grow. I have over 15 years marketing experience having looked after £1M plus budgets in a geographic area spanning over 20 countries worldwide.

Away from work I have 2 special girls in my life, my wife Elizabeth and daughter Emelia. I enjoy all aspects of sport especially football and am still lacing my boots up at the ripe old age of 40! An avid Arsenal fan I look forward to the lively Monday morning debate with my 2 unfortunate northern London White colleagues (can't bring myself to say the name of the team!).

Mandy Hill
Head of Partnerships

I have been in telecoms since leaving school, working within a customer facing environment from small local businesses right through to the largest global organisations in the world. I am pleased to be able to bring my experience to Windsor Telecom, in particular my Head of Partnerships role. Backed by an innovative and forward thinking company, I am looking to help our re-sellers become as successful in this market as Windsor Telecom is itself Away from the day job, I am (despite being originally a South London girl), a Gooner! As well as being passionate about my football, I am very fond of huge quantities of Cadburys shared over a good weepy with my daughter.

Joanna McGhee
Senior Account Manager

I am the longest serving member of Windsor's sales team and seen many changes over my time here. However, the one constant is our mission to provide a unique service and build long lasting relationships with our customers that ensure that our high standards are consistently met.

Away from my desk I can be found outdoors indulging my passions for horse riding, listening to live music and socialising with family and friends. Before I joined Windsor I spent my years travelling and working overseas, these days I try to fit in as much foreign travel as my busy schedule allows.

Account Manager

Over 2 years with the company has seen my knowledge and expertise of our industry grow considerably, providing me with a sound base from which to serve the needs of our clients. I work closely with new and existing customers to ensure that their requirements are met, whether it involves an existing off the shelf product or something bespoke and built to their exact specifications. Away from the office I enjoy music, cinema and keeping fit.

I joined the Windsor Telecom team after graduating from University. My main focus is our clients, ensuring that they are all benefiting from the high level of customer service we provide. As for me personally, I enjoy a number of things which include good, yet healthy food, socialising with friends and family and just having a good time. My passion is keeping fit, the main reason why my family thinks that the gym is my second home.

Lance Clark
Account Manager

After graduating from Reading University, I joined the sales team in June 2008. It was initially the 'red carpet' treatment it strives to offer its customers that convinced me that Windsor Telecom was the company for me. My main focus is to engage with both existing and prospective customers to ascertain how our products and services can best meet their needs. When off the phones and out of the office, you'll find me attached to a Wii remote, a glass of Amaretto and coke, rustling up some tasty grub or doing round-offs, back tucks and handsprings on a tumble track!

Laura Shields
Account Manager

To put my marketing degree to good use and to gain more experience, I decided to join Windsor's sales team as an account manager. Its been really interesting to see how the theory I learned whilst at Uni, is put into practice. It's had a great impact on how I work with my sales team colleagues and also helped me building long lasting relationships with my clients.

Outside of work, my passion is snowboarding and I have completed numerous seasons in France. I also love to keep fit and another objective is to complete all the Munroe's

Josh Elpelt

I recently joined Windsor's sales team having previously worked in a variety of sales positions. Sales has always been my passion and I'm a firm believer that if you have confidence in what you sell, success will follow on from that. Having previous experience in Account Management, I hope to use my previous experience in account management to provide our customers with products and a service that will help their business. Outside the office I am a passionate sports fan, particularly football, and also enjoy travelling to exotic destinations of the world.

Chris Hemmings
Senior Web Developer and Team Leader

The possibilities that can come with providing on-line services have always fascinated me and this is why I'm working as part Windsor Telecom's web development team. I enjoy employing the latest methods and techniques to provide our customers with an intuitive, functional and visually pleasing environment to manage their accounts and services.

A few of my favourite pastimes include trying to make the tiny new addition to my family laugh as much as possible and carrying out 'improvements' to our house using inappropriate power tools.

Jonathan White
Web Developer

I joined Windsor Telecom's IT team as a web developer in early 2008, moving over from my original career as a Chef! I have a keen interest in computers and technology in general and really enjoy developing my skills working alongside my more experienced colleagues.

I am a passionate football fan and often travel to Chelsea to support them. I also have an interest in art, my favourite artists include Nina Ribeiro and Bob Ross. As well as watching sports I regularly participate in them too and have helped coach the under 16's football team in Corfe Castle.

Matt Dickeson
Graphic & Web Designer

I'm the company's in house designer. I try to make Windsor's presence on the internet look as good as it can, as well as it being easy for our customers to understand. I've worked for various agencies and publications in the past, but it's really good to be involved on the 'client' side.

Aside from work I'm quite often found in front of a laptop being shot and shouted at by many different nationalities and cultures in online videogames. When I'm not doing that, I'm usually on, in, or near the sea in Bournemouth

Gabriel Dragffy
Web Developer

One of my long time passions has been technology in general and computers in particular. For many years UI have spent too much time at the computer, which makes my role at Windsor Telecom as a web developer very fitting. Aside from IT support ditues, I am actively involved in the development of new IT solutions designed to benefit both customers and colleagues.

When I'm not at work, hunched over a computer, I can usually be found at home, hunched over a computer. When I'm at neither I'm probably out and about trying to take the 'perfect' photo.

Jeanette Garton
Accounts Supervisor

I joined Windsor Telecom in September 2006,concentrating purely on credit control which was new to me. I took to it like a duck to water and have learned a lot since then. Company growth soon led to Hayley joining the team in 2007. We're now a formidable credit control duo (affectionately referred to internally as the 'rotweillers' - hopefully because of our effectiveness at doing our job!). We run a very professional service and love the daily contact with our customers. Weekends are precious to me, and I like nothing better than spending time with my husband, eating out and going to see the latest releases at the cinema.

Hayley Perrin
Credit Control

I joined the Accounts Department in the Farnham office in November 2007. My job as Credit Controller is to ensure all customer accounts are running smoothly and efficiently. Much of my time is spent on the phone building relationships with our very large customer database. Away from work, I have a large family (and a large dog) which take up most of my spare time. My main passion however is travel. I am always looking forward to my next holiday!

Jacqui Brundish
Admin Support

I assist our sales team in looking after all new customers. Working closely with our customer services section in Poole we aim to ensure a smooth handover to our account management team. I love to travel and seeing new places (although not known for my love of flying or sense of direction!). I am a unit helper with a local brownie pack which I find really rewarding and enjoyable and also a committee member of a local miniaturist group. If I have any spare time I like to do aerobics, cook and read.
