03 Number helps Children in Need Raise Over £20m

Children in Need has raised over £20m after its televised fundraising event last month.
The impressive sum was the result of various fundraising activities carried out by people from across the UK.
A large proportion of the cash was raised by people who called the charity's 03 phone donation line.
By using an 03 number the charity could encourage more calls as donators only pay the same to call as regular landline (01/02 numbers) - even from a mobile phone.
Many charities are now using 03 numbers including, Oxfam, the RSPCA and the British Heart Foundation.
