0800 Numbers Cost Summary
Cost of calling 0800 numbers from UK
There is no charge to call an 0800 number from a UK landline or mobile.
How do I set up a Freephone number?
It is easy to buy a 0800 number. Simply choose a number from the list above and add it to your basket. Then click either Buy Now or Free Trial. The whole process takes less than 3 minutes and your 0800 number goes live the same day.
How much are 0800 numbers?
Prices start from just £10 per month. More memorable 0800 numbers cost more (i.e. Platinum and Ultimate numbers attract a higher monthly charge). Our Platinum package includes 1000 minutes when the 0800 number routes to a UK landline. If you receive more calls then you simply pay 4p per minute for additional minutes. Platinum also gives you 250 free minutes for incoming calls made to the 0800 number from mobiles, 5p per minutes once the allocation is used up. This is enough for most small businesses.
Diverting your 0800 number to a mobile phone
You can choose to route all calls to your mobile and landline and receive up to 250 call minutes per month on a Platinum number for no additional cost. Extra minutes used over this limit are charged at just 5p per minute. There is also the option to use our Pay as You Go service (perfect if you wish to divert to your mobile on an occasional basis) - diverted calls are charged at 9.95p per minute. 0800 Numbers - Fax To Email Service
You can also choose to use a 0843 number as a Fax to Email line, where you receive faxes via email. This is a great alternative to a traditionally expensive fax machine, with its on-going maintenance and material costs. What's more, Fax to Email doesn’t need a physical landline, again saving you a lot money.
PLEASE NOTE: Calls from BT Pay Phones are automatically blocked as there is a very high additional charge levied by BT (PPLC). If you would like to accept calls from payphones, please contact Customer Services who will enable this feature.
