A scientist at heart, I like to be organised & methodical in the way I work. I've been here for 6 years. My current remit focuses on customer care and the planning and launching of new products to our customer base. I work closely with our IT department to ensure that our systems are continuously enhanced and developed. Away from the office I really enjoy spending time outdoors, whatever the weather. I'm a keen motor-sport fan and enjoy attending various different events and whenever possible taking advantage of the country roads Dorset has to offer.

I am responsible for all aspects of Sales and Purchase Ledger, Credit Control and the Payroll Department. I also look after financial planning. My role has become increasingly more challenging as customers and revenues have doubled in the last 18 months. I tried to escape the working world, but ended up running the accounts team here at Windsor Telecom. I needed a challenge and certainly got one. Keeping the three directors under control can be tough, but I just about manage it.

My remit is to ensure that we anticipate and respond to changes in technology. Our own systems now run like clockwork with the development of our bespoke reservation / sales / billing system. The company has come a very long way in 8 years, both in terms of our internal and external use of IT and advanced call plans. Customers can now get up to the minute call information online with our call management system 'Vision'. What little free time I have is spent cycling, going to the gym and socialising.

I joined the Customer Service team in August 2007, after my 19 years experience of being an Executive PA. I have a passion for working with people and just love a happy customer! We've recently emigrated from South Africa and as a family love to explore as much of the countryside and our surroundings as possible. At home my bearded dragons, husband and kids keep me busy and entertained. I also really enjoy watching cricket and rugby. Yes, sorry, I still support South Africa in those!

The company focus is all about empowering people and I am able to voice any new marketing ideas freely and be creative in my role. It's great to be able to put my Media Communications degree into practice and I've just been awarded a Diploma from CIM. I'm most at home when not actually at home, and am happiest on the beach or camping somewhere on the west coast. I'm enthusiastic about most things, but food, golf, the sea and music are my favourite pastimes, although not necessarily all at once!
