I've been here for over 6 years now and enjoy working with our broad variety of customers. My wide-ranging professional background (from IT to customer services and marketing) enables me to relate to our customers that much better. Away from work I am keen on many types of sport. I take part in the odd triathlon and once cycled round the entire coast of Ireland. I enjoy writing (poetry in particular) and recently took part in a writing workshop held in the Scottish Highlands. My other love is music.

I lead our ever expanding Account Management team in our Farnham office. Away from my desk I can be found outdoors horse riding, listening to live music, expanding my shoe collection and socialising with friends and family. Before I joined Windsor I spent my years travelling and working overseas, these days I try to fit in as much foreign travel as my busy schedule allows!

I have been with the Windsor Telecom Customer services family for over 2 years now, using my experience from a varied professional background to help you, the customer, make your numbers work for you. A typical born and bred South African girl I enjoy being outdoors, socialising with family, friends and especially spending time with the people closest to me. When I'm not busy running around I enjoy unleashing my wild imagination on canvas, relaxing with a good book or movie, or else putting the finishing touches on my plans for world domination.

I've been with Windsor Telecom for nearly 3 years and gained lots of experience in my role in Customer Services and by assisting our Account Managers. My time at Windsor has been enjoyable, particularly speaking with customers and helping them with any issues. Away from the office, I regularly practice Tai Chi and Reiki. I have a background in art and enjoy collecting it as well as visiting galleries. I love to cook good organic food and I look forward to weekends spent walking the Dorset coast.

I recently joined the Customer Service team to use my many years experience in a very enjoyable 'family' environment. Our team looks after the needs of both new and existing customers. My job involves helping customers to understand and get the best out of the products that they have purchased from Windsor. I have lived in Poole in Dorset all my life and away from work I love to spend time with my extended family and my cat. I enjoy the Arts, especially cinema, gardening and eating out with friends.

I'm a self-taught Linux guru. Sadly, computers are an interest of mine and I am frequently found in front of one even outside of working hours. However when not in front of a computer I can be usually be found in one of the local watering holes playing the drums in a band. I am an avid AFC Bournemouth fan and season ticket holder and like to help with the community side of the club in whatever ways I can. I also like to help increase their beer sales and Cornish pasty sales during match days!

Matt Dickeson

Web Developer

I'm the company's web designer. I try to make Windsor's presence on the internet and in print all look rather nice and, hopefully, easy for our customers to understand. I've worked for various agencies and publications, but it's nice to be involved on the 'client' side. Aside from work I'm quite often found in front of a laptop being shot, and shouted at, by many different nationalities and cultures in online videogames. When I'm not doing that, I'm usually on, in, or near the sea in Bournemouth.

Admin Support

I assist the Farnham sales team with the new customers that they bring onboard. My relationship with our customer services team in Poole ensures that we have a smooth handover to the customer account management team. I love to travel and see new places but am not known for my love of flying or sense of direction. I am a unit helper with a local brownie pack which I find really rewarding and enjoyable. If I have any spare time I like to do aerobics, handicrafts and cook much to my husband's delight.

Credit Controller

I joined the Accounts team here in the Farnham office in September 2006. We're a small team and all have our own specific role, mine being Credit Control, which involves looking after you the customer and ensuring your account with us runs smoothly. Out of work I like nothing better than to be curled up in front of a nice fire, glass of wine in one hand and bar of Cadbury's in the other, watching a good chick flick! Doesn't happen very often though as usually I leave the house to escape from the noise of three teenagers!

I’m the newby, joining the Farnham office in November 2007. My role as assistant to Jeanette, is to ensure all customer accounts are up to date and running smoothly. I have a varied work background, but credit control is something new for me, which I am thoroughly enjoying. Away from work I enjoy reading and handicrafts (making my own Birthday and Christmas cards), but my main passion is travel. I am always looking forward to my next holiday!!
