In 2001 OFTEL (now OFCOM) granted Windsor Telecom its own Switchless Voice Resale Licence. This enabled Windsor to obtain its own number ranges, in the same way that BT do. Windsor Telecom work closely with the independent regulator and regularly give feedback any the National Numbering Plan.
