Only Group was established in 2005 and is the parent company of a number of leading brands covering loans, mortgages and insurance products in the UK. Its brand names include Accidents Direct, Only Finance, Only Leads and Only Loans.
Problem
The company required a large selection of memorable numbers to use as the main contact number across its various divisions. Only Group wanted to demonstrate to its customers that it valued their business and was willing to pay for their calls. The group also wanted to be able to gather call statistics on its different numbers to find out which of its branches were performing well.
Solution & Results
0800 freephone numbers were the clear answer. We were able to offer Only Group a large range of these numbers to allocate to its different branch divisions.
To enable the company to evaluate how its numbers were performing and in turn, how its divisions were performing, we supplied Only Group with our user friendly Vision service.
Vision offers real-time call statistics to your desktop via the internet. Amongst many other advantages it details call volumes – therefore satisfying Only Groups objective and it also provides a wealth of detailed call information, including the geographic location of callers, the percentage of missed calls and how quickly phones are answered. All this information can be downloaded and imported into a spreadsheet like MS Excel and the data may be displayed and analysed in graphs or charts.
