Fresh out of University, I started Windsor Telecom in the Summer of 2008 as a
complete novice not only to sales, but also to
full-time work!
I had a rocky start at Windsor Telecom, but fortunately, the sales director at the time acknowledged my natural ability to make both customers and new prospects feel very relaxed in any conversation, and wanted me to develop this "natural flair" to develop leads & customers.
Although still developing its training, Windsor Telecom have worked with others to bespoke an in-house training programme to meet the needs of each individual account manager which has given me the confidence to pursue my own style rather than follow the robotic scripts that other companies push.
The 'red carpet' treatment that Windsor Telecom rolls out to its customers also reflects on their attitudes towards their staff. The encouragement from Windsor Telecom has made me a more observant, inquisitive and direct all-rounder which has not only enabled me to work more efficiently, but assists in promoting a great working environment. Windsor's commitment to keep enhancing my skills and knowledge base not only ensures I get to make sure all customers get the best out of our services, but also makes employees feel like an 'investment' rather than just another body in a company.
