How Does Q-Control Work?
Q-Control offers complete web-based management,
empowering you with absolute control over your inbound calls. It
enables you or dedicated supervisors to configure specific welcome
announcements during service, allowing you to tailor Q-Control to
your businesses specific requirements. Callers can be routed based
on the time of day and day of week.
All calls that come through whist your Q-Control
is set to ‘In-hours’ can be routed to a specific landline target
number of your choice. If these phone lines are available the call
will be instantly routed through. When these phone lines are busy
callers will be automatically queued pending free phone lines, when
they will be automatically routed. Depending on your settings callers
hear music on hold, apology announcements or key marketing messages
whilst they are queuing.

You will have instant access to unlimited and timely modifications via the
web in real time, including the facility to change your:
- Time/Day of Week plan
- Target or alternate numbers. Ideal when hourly staff changes
occur or if your landline numbers go down)
- Campaign Lineage. Means you can set how many calls are offered
to the specific target number
- Call Queue size. Set how many calls can be queued at anyone
time
- On Hold Music. There is a choice of up to five options*
- Apology Interval time. This determines how often apology announcements
are played
- Apology Mode - if apology announcements are repeated or recurring
- 'Out of Hours' target number (another landline)
