This fantastic online tool allows you to take complete control of your calls and even set up ‘call divert profiles’ for different situations.
For example;
With a click of your mouse your calls will be routed to a pre-set destination of your choice, meaning your customer will still get through to you.
You simply dial our dedicated 0844 number from any phone and follow the voice prompts. Using your telephone keypad you can dial in the new destination number you would like your memorable number to be routed to. Once you press OK your changes are activated immediately.
Online Targetmaster allows you to pre-set ‘divert profiles’ where you can configure individual profiles based on various events and time frames. Here you can decide where you wish your calls to go and the specific email address you’d like your voicemail-to-email to go.
Popular ‘divert profiles’ used by our customers include;
In case your landline goes down or you need to evacuate the premises, this profile could be used to send all calls to a mobile phone and external email address.
When you’re on the road or out of the office re-direct your memorable number to your mobile phone and even your voicemails (e.g. to a Blackberry).
Set up an ‘out of hours’ profile to activate when your business day ends. Calls can go straight to voicemail. If you have an ‘out of hours’ number (e.g. plumber or security alarm services) then re-direct all calls to a staff mobile or home landline.
If you have people working from home you can set up individual profiles for these homeworkers, where all calls and voicemails go to them when they are working.
Any of these profiles can be activated at the touch of a button and changes are instant.
