International Routing

All of our numbers can be used to route calls overseas. We can deliver calls made to 0871 numbers to many European, North American and Asian destinations for no charge!

More and more businesses are taking advantage of lower costs associated with international contact centres. Some firms need to be on the ground in an overseas country, but have a UK customer base. Global businesses often centralise sales or customer support in one location but need to provide an access number for UK customers. There are many other scenarios when it can be beneficial to provide a UK telephone number tariff for callers but route calls to staff overseas.

Windsor Telecom's world-class service offers you a UK access number that can be diverted to your office anywhere in the world. You can choose from 0800 or 0808 Freephone Numbers, 0844 or 0845 Numbers, 0870 or 0871 Numbers, or 0161 Manchester Numbers, or 0207 London Numbers.

To set-up the service you pay a one-off connection charge of £150 and a service charge of £200 per year. Call charges are then billed to you on a monthly basis by fax or email. You can make payment for these call charges by bank transfer or credit card.

Divert Your Number to SkypeIn Personal Numbers

It is possible to re-direct your 07 or 08 number to an 01 or 02 Skype number. For this to work you will need to access your Skype Account http://www.skype.com/products/skypein and setup SkypeIn Service on a UK 01xxx or 02xxx number. Skype currently charge €30 per year for UK Skype-In numbers. By combining Skype with our 07 or 08 numbers you can enjoy the convenience of taking calls using your PC.

Divert to Voice Over IP (VoIP) Numbers

It is possible to re-direct your 07 or 08 number to an 01 or 02 VoIP number. For this to work you will need to speak to your Voice Over IP provider and setup a UK 01xxx or 02xxx VoIP number. By combining VoIP with our 07 or 08 numbers you can enjoy the convenience of taking calls using your PC. We can also forward calls to 055/056 VOIP numbers, but you will pay 5p per minute at all times.
