This includes both 1000 free minutes per month and our inclusive call management package. Once you use up your 1000 minutes calls are charged at 1 pence per minute.
You can secure 10,000 or even 20,000 inclusive minutes and more useful call management features by upgrading to Package 2 or Package 3 from as little as £10 extra a month. Your monthly service charge is simply paid by direct debit.
Call charges and a standard credit check apply when routing to mobile and internationally. Routing to UK landlines is free. Routing internationally is only available on Package 2 or Package 3.
All additional numbers are just £5 a month each. Relevant connection fee applies.
0330 & 0333 numbers work in exactly the same way as other non geographic numbers, such as 0845 and 0800 numbers. The major difference is they cost the same to call as standard landline numbers, even from mobiles.
If you are interested in the new 03 number range and are either a not for profit organisation or within the public sector you could be eligible for 0303 & 0300 numbers which work in exactly the same way as 0330/0333.
0303 and 0300 number have been designated exclusively for the not-for-profit and public sector by Ofcom.
